Redlands CA Downtown Halloween Costume Contest Safe Trick-or-Treat Trick-or-treating was held from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in historic downtown Redlands. Candy was given to costumed children by participating downtown businesses identified with a trick-or-treat poster in their windows. Costume Contest: The City of Redlands Recreation Bureau partner with historic downtown Redlands with the annual Childrens Costume Contest! Children were invited to dress-up and join the monster madness, and perhaps be a winner of one of our costume contests. Gift certificates will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rds place in each age group: Contest times and age groups: 0 to 4 years old at 4 4:15 p.m. 5 to 8 years old at 4:15 4:30 p.m. 9 to 12 years old at 4:30 4:45 p.m.
